Kara Clough

Kara Clough is a licensed clinical social worker and senior associate with a passion for helping adolescents and young adults navigate the complexities of their launching years. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, she specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), equipping young clients with essential skills to manage emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and improve interpersonal relationships. In addition to working with today’s young people, she provides therapy to individuals ranging from childhood through the Golden Years. Kara also offers group sessions focusing on a variety of topics. She believes in the transformative power of the therapeutic process and is committed to empowering young people with the tools they need to thrive.
