Anne R. Fleury, LCSW, PLLC

Anne Fleury is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Virginia with over 20 years of psychotherapy experience. She works with adults and children, with a focus on providing a safe and supportive environment to work through conflict. Ms. Fleury utilizes insight-oriented approaches including psychodynamic techniques, cognitive-behavior therapy, play and sand therapy. She also works to collaborate with schools or other professionals to facilitate a positive treatment outcome. Ms. Fleury's background in home-based crisis counseling and critical incident stress debriefing lends itself to working with those who are in crisis or have suffered trauma.

With children, Ms. Fleury’s efforts focus on helping to build self-esteem, develop a sense of mastery, manage fears, learn coping skills, improve behavior, and enhance peer relationships. With adults, Ms. Fleury focuses on collaborating with clients to help identify underlying issues, develop goals, improve coping skills and enhance relationships.
